Managed hosting

T-Ex LLM is delivered as a managed service. You do not install the backend, the realtime server or the database: T-Ex LLM provisions and operates them, and your devices, machines and agents connect to them.

What you get

• A workspace server. Each customer workspace runs on its own server, sized by plan, set up by T-Ex LLM when the workspace is created.
• The control plane. The dashboard at https://vicoa.texllm.com, the API and the realtime WebSocket are run, monitored, backed up and updated by T-Ex LLM.
• Your own private network. From Connections you can put the workspace server (or any server of yours) on your own Tailscale, NetBird, ZeroTier or WireGuard network with one command, so agents and SSH never cross the public internet. See Connections.
• Bring your own keys. Agents run with your own Claude, Codex or OpenCode subscriptions or API keys; T-Ex LLM never proxies your model traffic.

What you run

Only the daemon on the machines where agents should execute: your laptop, a workstation, or the workspace server itself. Install the CLI, sign in, and the machine appears in the dashboard. See Getting started.

Requesting a workspace server

Write to hello@texllm.com with the plan you are on and the region you want. You will receive the server's address on your network once it is provisioned, and it shows up under Connections in your dashboard.

Data

Your workspace data lives in the workspace server's database. Backups are taken by T-Ex LLM; ask your workspace contact for an export at any time.
